If you would like to hire a room for a once only or on a regular basis, please follow the proceedure below.
Contact the caretaker at PCC on 01292 478235 and explain you requirements, or visit the Centre in person.
You will be required to download and complete an Application for Let form, or collect a form from the caretaker. The details of your hire are required for contacting and invoicing purposes.
Return this to the caretaker at the Centre.

We use your information to manage your invoicing and to communicate any relevant information partaining to your group.
We review our retention periods for personal information every two years. We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations. We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Should you wish us to erase your contact details, just let us know. However, unless otherwise asked, we do retain this information for statistical purposes, even if membership ceases, as it is valuable for us to know how many past members rejoin PCA, and the date of their previous membership.
